This Privacy Policy describes how New School Foods ("New School Foods", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the NS/TX application (the "Software"). NS/TX is an internal business application used by authorized New School Foods personnel to manage production, monitoring, and order operations.

- Account information. When you sign in, we receive your name and email address from Google authentication to identify you and control access.
- Operational data. Data you enter into the Software, including production, monitoring, inventory, order, customer, and pricing records.
- Usage and diagnostic data. Logs and error reports used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Software.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the Software, provide its features (including creating and sending invoices), maintain records, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
3. Third-party services and data sharing
The Software shares data with third-party services only as needed to provide its features:
- Intuit QuickBooks Online. When an order is invoiced, we send the relevant customer and order details (such as customer name, email, line items, quantities, prices, and shipping) to Intuit QuickBooks Online to create and email the invoice. Intuit's handling of that data is governed by Intuit's Privacy Policy. We store QuickBooks record identifiers to link invoices back to our orders.
- Google. We use Google for sign-in (authentication). Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Infrastructure providers. We use hosting, logging, and error-monitoring providers to run the Software, bound by their obligations to protect the data they process on our behalf.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
4. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Software, meet our business and record-keeping needs, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures — including authenticated access and encrypted connections — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your choices
Because NS/TX is an internal business application, access and data are managed by New School Foods. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information, contact us using the details below.
